Tim Fernando is a specialist in mobile internet technology working for Oxford University Computing Services he is the service manager behind Mobile Oxford and one of the founders of the Molly Project on which it is based. A former professional event photographer, Tim spends much of his spare time travelling and photographing what he finds interesting.
